With over 18 years of global leadership, coaching and operations experience with Google, I aspire to coach others who wish to grow their leadership and career capacity and consult with those looking to transform their business.

I have led Global operations and project teams across finance, customer service, process management, fraud prevention and field services. My goal is to provide clients with the space and support to explore and assess what may be getting in the way of them achieving their goals, and work in partnership with them to build a plan to overcome those obstacles.

I am currently the Programme Director of a Sales Leadership Programme in Google Ireland. Previous to that, I was the Director of Customer Operations for Google Fiber in San Francisco and I have worked to deliver service and operating excellence across many business areas in Google since 2003.

I joined Google in 2003 on the first day that the Irish office opened. In 2012 I transferred to California and spent 8 years working across the United States, before returning to Ireland in 2020.

I have been managing people at Google since 2006 and have coached people across the company through the various roles I have held and our internal coaching programme. Growing operations and people is my passion and my coaching philosophy is centered around the premise of supporting you to achieve your goals.

I grew up in Dublin, Ireland and I have a Masters degree in Business and Sociology from Trinity College (Ireland) and a postgraduate diploma in Legal Studies. I completed my Executive Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute, Santa Barbara, in June 2020.

Receiving my coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of coaching was an exciting opportunity for me to continue to grow as a leader, develop skills in an area I am passionate about and continue to fuel my appetite for learning.

I am continuing my learning journey by undertaking a Diploma in Organisational Change and Transformation in UCD Smurfit Business School (2021-2022).

I value learning, adventure, independence and relationships.

To reference the Clifton Strengths framework, I hold Learner, Arranger and Woo (relationships) as my leadership strengths. In VIA Pathways, I hold Intelligence, Perspective, Kindness, Leadership and Humour as my top character traits. Learning and building intelligence has always been a focus for me since childhood. I would describe myself as a lifelong learner, always curious about how things work, in particular, how human beings work.

I am passionate about travel, reading, cooking, family and friends. I love traveling and exploring different cultures, the highlight being backpacking around the world for a year in 2008/09, spending time in 16 countries.
